A New Lab Assistant

The first thought that came to her was the intense smell of Flaar it was everywhere and it came from the human's maybe she will explore the reason for this if it was a similar genetic trait shared by the two species to give off that smell. Only a few minute's sitting in the office luckily she was able to get this job as a part time assistant to the Lab, she had the credentials for it. What was that horrid smell that was over powering the room, green eye's peered over to the woman getting the paper she needed to go to the designated lab and start work. She had to study the species of this world more she didn't want to give too much information The woman was the secretary a bit loud in color and overwhelming with perfume, her hair tightly pulled back she came over and smiled to Estrid handing paper's to her. "Here you are Ms.Parker I wrote down directions to get to the lab. Thank you for waiting."  Estrid stood straigning the fold of her lab coat and took the paper and smiled which felt rather strange for her. "Thank you I best be on my way." Taking the paper she exited the room and headed for the Lab observing the young human's as they walked through the halls and the older humans who served as teachers as this was just a day for her to get to know the surroundings and become familiar with the lab she did not have to worry about being morphed to long in this form. Blonde waving tresses framed her face and had darker highlights, bright green eyes came peering around curiously and her lips painted red with what human's called lipstick forming a smile. Beneath her lab coat a black shirt was adorned with tight black slacks and wearing high heels. Once she got to the lab she checked if there was a class in session and it was free she took that time to shut the door behind her and have a look around. Examining the books, the beakers, bunson burners, graduated cylyinder oh this is sad. How do they expect these young mind's to advance in physic's and biochemical engineering, all she has seen so far during her walk to this place was the young being dressed in  a variety of clothing seeming self absorbed without a care for learning anything of value. Shaking her head she left the lab well this was uneventful leaving the area but it may provide more insight if the yeerk target these humans she could never be too safe. As she left the building she took a route that would eventually lead her to a wooded area there she noticed several crows. She had aquired the dna for one of these creature's earlier it would be best to morph into one to return to the ship... Her clothing and form changed hair , clothing and flesh shrinking like a fluid trickle of a creek as feathers, beak and small talons on her feet took place arms stretched out into wings and with a few stretches to experiment she ran first, flapping her wings it reminded her of her Kafit form though she really would love to be a Kafit right now.  Taking flight she headed back for the ship.
